Recipe: Tortilla Chips

Apparently it's super easy to make your own tortilla chips! Who'd have known?! I don't know why I never thought of making these before. They taste even better with homemade salsa (recipe soon!). And the best part is, you can make as many or as few as you want. They'll go quickly, though, so keep that in mind! Happy baking!
Homemade Tortilla Chips:
-Corn tortillas
-1.5 tbsp olive oil for every 2 tortillas
-Salt, to taste

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Cut as many tortillas as you desire into 1/8 sections.
 
Spread unbaked chips onto a baking pan.

For every 2 tortillas you cut, coat them in 1.5 tbsp of olive oil. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
Roast chips for 1-1.5 hours or until crispy.

These are one of the easiest foods to bake yourself. So go and try it! Let me know how it goes!
